Still, even with his mouth full and the time to think of an answer, Arakita's face started heating up red all the way to his ears. Fuck. He can feel himself getting hot.]

The thought comes and goes with a mild wait what, but it's gone and he's squinting Toudou down again in the next minute because he's just waiting for him to go further.

[ It doesn't come. He's not greeted with the insults or even the whispers of anything. He ate his food quietly, checking things on his palm reader to keep him busy from wanting to say anything and end up killing Arakita or something. He didn't realize there were eyes on him from across the table. ]
[Arakita keeps up the suspicious staring for only a few moments longer, mostly because Toudou looks sufficiently distracted. Good?? Eventually, he grunts and clears his throat. He is done, ask your nosy questions.]
