[This is a very eye-opening conversation to Kinjou, and not just because this is a completely different outlook on sex than he has, but it also is a different take on Arakita. Maybe it really is a bit better to make those sorts of connections with people without getting too close. It's to avoid getting hurt, right? In case things become too personal.
If that's the way Arakita wishes to do things then far be it from Kinjou to tell him he has to change his way of thinking. It's not like he's the be all/end all on how sex needs to be done. He only knows about as much as he's done which has... only been a little over a month's worth of experience.
Does Arakita know more than him? He doesn't know. But he has his own opinion, and if that's how he'd rather do things, then he'll let him.]
